Now at 29 years old and since 2018, he has completed over 500 off-market transactions, including assignments, full gut renovations, and BRRR projects. Specializing in distressed single-family and multifamily assets, Mike operates in North Jersey and South Florida, consistently acquiring properties below market value and transforming them into profitable investments for him and his investors.

    Acquisitions & Underwriting

    Kunal Doshi, an East Brunswick native, is a seasoned home flipper and investor with over 12 years of experience and hundreds of successful transactions on the investment and retail side of the business. Specializing in real estate sales and investments across central and northern NJ, Kunal has built a reputation for transforming properties and delivering value. His deep market knowledge have allowed him to regularly find deals at large discounts even in some of the hardest markets in the entire country.
